Update lists again. Those whole can build ivorbisdec, mythtvsrc,
nvudemux and theoradecexp, please commit the inspect/plugin-xxx.xml.

* docs/plugins/inspect/plugin-videoparse.xml:
Replace videoparse with rawparse.
* gst/dvdspu/gstdvdspu.h:
