configure.ac: Remove CXX tag from AS_LIBTOOL_TAGS, just like we did for -good and -ugly. Fixes build on some systems ...

Remove CXX tag from AS_LIBTOOL_TAGS, just like we
did for -good and -ugly. Fixes build on some systems
and doesn't seem to be required for C++ code.
