also remove directdrawsink from vs6 and vs7 build

-remove gst-libs/gst/dshow
-fakesource is moved from gst-libs/gst/dshow to sys/dshowsrcwrapper
-some minor changes (C/C++ check and includes) to make the plugin
compile again.
